Creole Spaghetti
Creole Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 onion, diced, 1 green pepper, diced, 1 celery stalk stem, chopped, 1 lb. ground chuck and red pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Brown ground chuck.
Add half onion, green pepper and celery. Cook and add a little water every now and then for 1/2 hour. Drain.
Take tomato paste and fry with only enough oil to cover bottom of pot.
Stir for about 20 minutes.
Add water every now and then.
Add rest of onion, green pepper and celery.
Fry for 20 minutes.
Add sauce, Ragu, ground chuck and mushrooms.
Cover; reduce heat to low.
Cook for 3 hours.
Pour over noodles.
