Creole Lima Beans
Creole Lima Beans is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby lima beans, 1 large stalk celery, chopped (about 3/4 c.), 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat tomatoes to boiling in 1-quart saucepan.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat to boiling, separating green beans with fork.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer until beans are tender (5 minutes). Serves 5.
