Creole Kielbasa
Creole Kielbasa is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 pkg. polka kielbasa, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 can diced tomatoes, 12 to 15 small shrimp and 6 to 8 okra, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut kielbasa into small slices.
Place in pan and brown.
Drain off fat.
Add shrimp and continue to brown for 5 minutes.
Add okra and corn.
Cook for 5 more minutes.
Then add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes, seasonings and bell pepper.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes on low.
Serve over rice.
