Creole Gumbo
Creole Gumbo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (7 oz.) cans fresh clam meat, 2 cans shrimp or fresh shrimp, 2 cans drained tuna, 2 cans trappeys okra gumbo and 2 cans ro-tel tomatoes (1 for less spice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
