Creole Dressing Mix
Creole Dressing Mix is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. lean pork, 1/2 lb. lean beef, 1 lb. gizzards, 2 sticks margarine and 2 large onions, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Run meat through grinder; melt 1 stick margarine in a Dutch oven fry meat until brown.
Add onions, celery and garlic; stir cook until soft.
Add Worcestershire sauce, bouillon and margarine; stir well.
Bring to a boil and simmer for about 2 hours. Season to taste.
