Creole Carrots
Creole Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sliced carrots, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 chicken bouillon cube or 1 tsp. granules, 1 tbsp. margarine and 1/2 c. sliced onions, separated into rings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place carrots and salt in saucepan containing about 1 inch boiling water.
Simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
Drain, reserving liquid.
Add hot water to liquid to make 1 cup. Dissolve bouillon in carrot liquid and set aside.
