Creole
Creole is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. steak, 5 medium potatoes, 5 carrots, 2 medium onions and 1 can tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Chop steak into thin 2-inch long strips.
Fry steak in grease until browned.
Drain grease.
Place steak in deep fryer or large frying pan.
(No grease.)
Peel and slice potatoes.
Place them on top of the steak.
Peel, slice and tear apart onions.
Place on top of potatoes, slice carrots and place on top of onions.
Pour 1 can of tomato soup and 1 can water over top (more water may be needed).
Cover.
Let cook on medium heat for approximately 2 hours.
Salt and pepper to taste.
