Combine cake mix, egg whites, water and 2 tablespoons crème de menthe.
Beat 2 minutes at highest speed with electric mixer. Reduce speed to low; beat 1 minute.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cake cool completely in pan.
Spread fudge topping over cake.
