Crème Center Chocolates
Crème Center Chocolates is an easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. soft margarine, 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream, dash of salt, 4 c. unsifted powdered sugar and 1 tsp. flavoring (vanilla, maple, mint, etc.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix margarine, salt, cream and 1/2 of the sugar with mixer until blended.
Unless you have a mixer with dough hook, continue kneading in remaining sugar by hand.
Mixture will be very stiff. If making all one flavor, add at first.
If making a variety, divide and use flavorings accordingly.
Shape into desired shapes. Chill.
Dip in chocolate coating.
