Creamy Spaghetti
Creamy Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 oz. thin spaghetti, 8 oz. cottage cheese, 8 oz. philadelphia cream cheese, 1/2 c. sour cream and 2 tbsp. green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook spaghetti in 1 tablespoon oil in water.
Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green pepper and onion. Alternate layers of spaghetti and cheese mixture. Saute ground beef.
Put over spaghetti.
Pour tomato sauce over top. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°. Spaghetti sauce can also be used.
Tomato sauce gives a different flavor.
