Creamy Orange Fluff
Creamy Orange Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (6 oz.) orange gelatin, 2 1/2 cups boiling water, 2 cans (11 oz. each) mandarin oranges, drained, 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained and 1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in oranges, pineapple and orange juice concentrate.
Coat a 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish with nonstick cooking spray; add gelatin mixture. Refrigerate until firm.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light.
Gradually add milk and pudding mix; beat until smooth. Spread over orange layer.
