Creamy Mushroom Topper is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. light cream and 1 (3 oz.) can broiled sliced mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook the onion in the butter until just tender. Stir in the flour. Add the cream, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Add the sour cream and heat through.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
