Creamy Mints is an easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. cream cheese, softened, 2 c. powdered sugar (unsifted) and 2 to 3 drops peppermint extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Soften and whip the cream cheese with a wooden spoon.
Blend in the peppermint extract.
Sift the powdered sugar into the cream cheese, working it until it is well blended, kneading it with your hands.
Press into small mint molds or roll into small balls and press down with a fork.
Roll lightly in granulated sugar.
