Creamy Kale
Creamy Kale is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 303) can bush's best kale, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/3 c. mayonnaise, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain off most of the liquid from the kale.
Add salt and pepper.
Heat slowly until very hot. Drain again.
While greens are warming, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice together. Fold this sauce into well drained greens.
Heat a minute longer.
Serve at once. Serves 3.
