Creamy Cucumbers is an easy dinner. Made with 1 or 2 cucumbers, 1/3 c. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. vinegar, 1 tbsp. milk and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Slice cucumber(s).
Mix mayonnaise and vinegar together until creamy.
Add the milk, salt and pepper.
