Creamy Cod Bake
Creamy Cod Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1 1/2 lb. cod, cut into small portions, 1/2 tsp. paprika, salt and pepper to taste and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat butter in saucepan.
Add fish and saute for 3 minutes. Remove to baking dish and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Combine soup and milk and pour over fish.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Place in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
