Creamy Chicken Dressing Casserole
Creamy Chicken Dressing Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 8 minutes. Made with large chicken breast, small size stove top stuffing mix (chicken flavor), margarine, c. chicken broth and cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Boil chicken breast; bone and tear into small bite-size pieces (set aside).
Set aside 2 cups of chicken broth.
Melt 1/2 stick margarine; coat the croutons of stuffing mix with the melted margarine.
Divide in one-half; set aside.
Add the vegetable seasoning packet to 1/2 cup chicken broth and boil 5 minutes; set aside.
Blend together the cream of chicken soup and sour cream (do not beat).
Set aside.
