Creamy Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 bags fresh carrots, sliced thin, 1 c. water, 1 chicken bouillon, 1 bunch scallions and 1 (8 oz.) cheez whiz, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil carrots and chicken bouillon in water for 15 minutes. Saute scallions in butter.
Add Cheez Whiz, sour cream and milk. Mix all together in a buttered baking dish and cover with parsley and bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Serves 6.
