Creamed Spinach
Creamed Spinach is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes chopped spinach, 6 strips bacon, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Remove paper from boxes of spinach.
Microwave as per directions.
Fry bacon with chopped onion for 10 minutes.
Add flour and salt, blending well.
Slowly stir in milk a little at a time.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Fold in the spinach.
Sprinkle bacon over all.
