Creamed Spinach

Made with 6 eggs, 2 lb. small curd cottage cheese, 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted and 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Beat eggs in large bowl.
Add cottage cheese, grated Cheddar, butter, spinach, flour, salt and pepper.
Pour into 2-quart buttered casserole.
Bake on low, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350Β°. Yields 12 to 14 servings.
