Creamed Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 medium or large potatoes, cooked, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 tbsp. butter, dot top after mixed, salt and pepper to taste and 1 small carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Peel potatoes and cook until done.
Pour into a mixer, reserving some of the potato water.
Mix at medium speed.
Mix in other ingredients.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes.
