Creamed Corn
Creamed Corn is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 42 minutes. Made with corn, butter, c. milk, thickened with flour and some water (not too much water), salt to taste and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Take a knife and slice through each kernel of corn.
Then in a large bowl and with the same knife, push off all the corn into the bowl.
Place corn in a pan with butter, milk, salt and pepper. Cook on low, stirring regularly to keep it from sticking.
