Creamed Corn
Creamed Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can corn drained, 1/4 c. butter, 1 small onion finely chopped, 2/3 c. pickled jalapeño slices drained and 2/3 c. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a saucepan, melt the butter, add chopped onion and saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is done.
Add the corn and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the jalapeños and stir into the corn mixture.
Stir in the cream cheese.
Cook over low heat until the cream cheese has melted and the corn kernels are coated in the mixture.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
