Creamed Corn
Creamed Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 10 ears corn, 1/2 stick butter, 1/4 c. milk, thickened with flour and some water (not too much water), salt to taste and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Take a knife and slice through each kernel of corn.
Then in a large bowl and with the same knife, push off all the corn into the bowl.
Place corn in a pan with butter, milk, salt and pepper. Cook on low, stirring regularly to keep it from sticking.
Cook between 45 to 60 minutes.
