Creamed Chicken
Creamed Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1/3 c. margarine, 1/4 c. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook onion in margarine until soft.
Blend in flour.
Slowly stir in broth, milk and canned milk.
Add salt.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens.
Stir small amount of hot mixture into egg yolks.
Return to hot mixture.
Cook and stir over low heat about a minute.
Add diced chicken and heat just until hot through.
Serve over hot biscuits.
May also be served in patty shells.
