Creamed Chicken
Creamed Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. oleo, 6 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/3 tsp. black pepper and 1 1/2 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt oleo.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat until blended.
Turn heat up some and stir in chicken broth and milk.
Bring to a boil and stir constantly until thick (about 1 minute).
Stir in chicken.
Serve over hot biscuits or hot corn bread.
(May boil chicken breast with skin on for the broth and chicken.)
