Creamed Cabbage
Creamed Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small head cabbage, 6 tbsp. butter, 4 tbsp. flour, 2 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Chop cabbage; boil in salted water until tender.
Drain.
Melt 6 tablespoons butter.
Add flour; stir and add milk.
Cook until sauce thickens.
Layer cabbage in baking dish with sauce.
Repeat layers.
Cover with bread crumbs which have been mixed with 4 tablespoons butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
