Creamed Beef
Creamed Beef is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, flour to thicken, 1 c. milk (or as needed), 2 tbsp. butter or margarine and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Braise ground beef; season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain grease and discard.
Melt butter in pan; add flour and milk to make a thick gravy.
Use more/less milk as needed.
Stir in braised beef.
Simmer about 10 minutes.

Serve with hashed brown potatoes.
