Cream-Style Corn
Cream-Style Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh corn, cut and scraped from cob, 1/2 c. margarine, melted, 1/4 to 1/2 c. water, 1 tbsp. corn meal and 1 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine corn, melted margarine, needed amount of water, corn meal, sugar, salt and pepper in 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish. Cover tightly with glass lid or plastic wrap.
Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
Stir well and rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
Stir well. Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes.
