Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. flour and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Heat water and butter to a rolling boil in saucepan.
Stir in flour.
Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms ball.
Remove from heat.
Beat in eggs thoroughly, one at a time.
Beat until smooth.
Drop from spoon onto ungreased baking sheet into mounds 3-inches apart.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until puffed, golden brown and dry.
Allow to cool slowly.
Fill with filling.
Makes 10 to 12 large puffs.
