Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1/2 c. butter or oleo, 1 c. flour and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat to boiling point in saucepan the water and butter.
Stir in flour until mixture leaves the pan and forms a ball.
Cool. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beat until smooth and velvety.
Drop from spoon onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 45 to 50 minutes, until dry.
Allow to cool slowly.
Fill with whipped cream or custards.
