In saucepan bring water to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Add salt, sugar and margarine.
Stir until margarine is melted.
Add flour, stir well.
Add eggs until well blended.
Place by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake in 400Β° oven 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Set aside to cool.
