Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 c. crisco and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil water and Crisco together.
Pour flour into pan.
Stir until flour leaves the pan.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Add baking powder and salt.
Let stand for 1/2 hour.
Drop spoonfuls on a greased pan spacing evenly.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes at 450°, then at 350° until done, about 30 minutes.
Fill with pudding or whipped cream.
For a richer, thicker pudding, add one envelope of Dream Whip.
