Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. hot water, 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour, 4 eggs, unbeaten, 1/2 c. butter or margarine and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan; add butter and stir until melted.
Add flour and salt all at once, stirring vigorously.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture leaves sides of pan and resembles mashed potatoes, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; cool about 1 minute.
Add eggs, one at a time, thoroughly beating with a spoon after each addition until smooth. Drop heaping tablespoons of mixture 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.
Shape in rounds with peak in center.
Bake 10 minutes at 450Β°.
