Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. shortening, 1 c. sifted flour and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil water.
Add 1/8 teaspoon salt and shortening.
Add flour, stirring until it is not sticky.
Let cool.
Add 4 eggs, 1 at a time, beating thoroughly after each.
Place on cookie sheet, about 1 rounded tablespoonful per cream puff.
Bake at 450° for 20 minutes, then at 350° for 20 minutes.
