Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. shortening, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. water and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bring shortening and water to a boil.
Add flour and salt quickly and stir constantly until mixture leaves the sides of the pan and forms a ball, about 1 minute.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Beat with mixer, adding eggs 1 at a time and beating until smooth after each addition.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Fill, either by cutting off top of each puff or with pastry bag, with vanilla pudding.
Frost with chocolate icing.
