Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. water, 1 c. flour and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In medium saucepan heat butter and water to rolling boil.
Add flour and stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about one minute.
Remove from heat, add eggs one at a time beating thoroughly.
Drop from spoon onto ungreased baking sheet, 3-inches apart.
Bake in 400Β° oven for large 40 to 50 minutes.
Small ones 30 minutes.
Cool; fill with whipped cream.
