Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. regular flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. butter (1 stick), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bring salt, butter and water to a boil.
Turn burner off and sift flour in.
Beat vigorously until it rolls.
Cool slightly and add unbeaten eggs, one at a time and beat thoroughly until creamy and smooth.
Drop by teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
Lower heat to 350° and bake for 10 more minutes.
Do not open door while baking.
Cool, slit sides and fill with prepared coconut pudding or your favorite pudding.
