Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. hot water, 1/2 c. butter, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Bring to a rolling boil the first 4 ingredients.
Add all at one time the flour.
Beat vigorously with a wooden spoon until mixture leaves the sides of pan and forms a smooth ball.
Remove from heat.
Quickly beat in, one at a time, beating until smooth after each addition, the eggs.
Continue beating until thick and smooth.
Drop by tablespoons 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet.
Bake puffs at 450° for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake 5 minutes longer, or until golden brown in color.
Remove to racks and cool completely.
Fill shells with creamy vanilla filling, sweetened whipped cream, chicken salad or other desired filling.
