Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1 pinch of salt, 4 whole eggs (room temperature), 1 stick margarine and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bring water and margarine to boil; heat until margarine is melted.
Add salt, then dump in flour all at once.
Over medium heat, stir constantly as mixture cooks.
It will be done when the mass forms around the spoon (about 1 minute).
Remove to mixing bowl.
With beater at medium speed, beat in eggs, one at a time. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 15 minutes longer. Turn off oven.
Prick each puff with cake wire and leave in oven, heat off, for 30 minutes.
Cool thoroughly before filling.
Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.
