Cream Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. boiling water, pinch of salt to boiling water, 4 eggs, 1 scant c. butter and 1 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil water, butter and salt.
Add flour and remove from stove. Stir until smooth.
Add 1 egg at a time.
Drop on ungreased baking sheet and bake in oven for 20 minutes.
