Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1/2 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. sifted flour, 2 eggs and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Melt butter in boiling water.
Add flour and salt all at once until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Add eggs 1 at a time, beating until smooth after each addition.
Drop dough by tablespoons 3-inches apart on greased baking sheet.
Bake in hot oven at 450° for 15 minutes, then at 325° for 25 minutes; cool.
Cut off tops and fill with creamed tuna for luncheon or ice cream with chocolate topping or cream pie filling for dessert.
Makes 6 puffs.
