Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. boiling water, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine butter, salt and water.
Heat to a boil.
Add flour. Mix until dough mixture leaves sides of pan and does not cling to spoon.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Add eggs to dough, one at a time, beating well after each.
Beat until mixture is smooth. Drop by tablespoon on greased cookie sheet 2-inches apart.
Bake for 30 minutes at 400Β°.
Cut tops off.
Fill with cream or pudding.
