Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and 5 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt butter in 1 cup boiling water.
Add salt and flour all at one time.
Stir vigorously until mixture forms ball.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well until smooth.
Do this until all eggs are beaten in.
Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 450° for 20 minutes.
Reduce to 350° for 20 more minutes.
Cool. Fill with pudding, ice cream, etc.
