Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sifted flour, 1 c. boiling water, pinch of salt, 4 eggs and 1/2 c. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
👨🍳 Instructions
In saucepan, boil water.
Add oleo and salt; bring to a boil again.
Remove from heat. Add flour and beat vigorously. When smooth, add eggs, one at a time, and slightly beat.
Drop by tablespoon on baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
Lower temperature to 300° for 15 minutes. Fill when cooled with whipped cream or other filling.
