Cream Puff Shells
Cream Puff Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In small saucepan combine water, sugar, salt and butter. Bring to boil.
Add flour all at once.
Stir quickly to form large ball.
Remove from heat.
Cool 2 minutes.
Put mixture in medium sized bowl and add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
With small ice cream scoop measure a mound of dough on a nonstick baking sheet 3 inches apart.
Bake 10 minutes at 400° and lower to 350° and bake 25 minutes more.
Cool completely.
Cut off 1/3 top and remove any soft part.
Can be filled with pudding for dessert or chicken salad or tuna salad.
