👨🍳 Instructions
Boil butter and water; add flour and beat well.
Remove from stove and add 1 egg at a time; beat well.
Drop by small teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes after turning oven to 400° for the first 5 minutes.
Let cool and slice each part way through.
Fill with shrimp, chicken or ham salad spread.
