Cream Mints
Cream Mints is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, 2 drops red food coloring and 2 drops strawberry flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream the cream cheese.
Add sugar a little at a time, until mixture is stiff enough to knead.
Knead until smooth and creamy. Roll into small balls and roll in fine coconut.
