Cream Cheese Sandwich Cookies
Cream Cheese Sandwich Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough, 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3/4 c. sugar, 3 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Slice one package dough thin and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pat to form crust.
Mix cream cheese and sugar together.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add vanilla.
Pour over crust.
Slice second package of cookie dough thin and place on top of cream cheese mixture.
Fill in spaces as best you can.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
