Cream Cheese Quiche

Beat cream cheese, egg yolks, heavy cream, egg, pepper and salt until smooth and blended.
Cut bacon in 1-inch pieces and cook until lightly browned and crisp.

Reduce heat to 350° and bake 10 minutes longer or until puffed and golden brown.
